Men's Soccer Struck by the Tigers, 2-0

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY – The Brescia University men's soccer team picked up a close loss to the Tigers of Campbellsville this past Tuesday night, 2-0. They fall to 0-7-1 on the season with just three games remaining before conference play.

The Bearcats held off the Tigers for the entirety of the first half as Pau Gelabert saved eight of the 11 shots on goal he faced. The offense seemed to struggle to keep possession of the ball in the second half as they were only able to shoot the ball twice against CU's back line. The first goals came in the 52^nd and 69^th minute off a Tiger player to seal the match.

BU is set to travel to St. Louis, MO to take on the Eutectics of UHSP this coming Saturday with a kickoff time of 4pm CT.
